• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or discrete manufacturing environments is needed.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA is required.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, master data, and end-to-end process design is essential.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs, estimated at 40-60%, is necessary.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery.
