As a Staff Environmental Engineer at Arcadis, you will collaborate with a diverse team of scientists, engineers, and project managers on environmental assessment and remediation projects. This role emphasizes process-mechanical technical work, project task management, and the mentoring of junior staff. You will be responsible for leading environmental remedial systems and assessments while ensuring compliance with regulatory specifications. • Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or closely related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and appropriate annual refresher certifications preferred
• Engineer-In-Training certification or Professional Engineering license preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit preferred

• Lead environmental remedial systems and assessments with guidance from senior staff.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and design calculations.
• Coordinate with various engineering design disciplines to produce cohesive design documents.
• Research feasibility of alternative design approaches and site conditions.
• Assist with the development of Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study Reports.
• Coordinate and participate in field activities, including onsite treatment system startup.
• Perform remedial system operation and maintenance and assist in preparation of O&M reports.
• Participate in task management and associate project management tasks such as budgets and change orders.
• Travel up to 25% for field construction, startup activities, and client meetings.
