• 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Certifications such as PMP or CSM and familiarity with modern architectures are preferred.
• Expertise in large-scale systems, .NET, Azure, microservices, APIs, and responsive UI development.

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for tax technology products, including design, build, test, deploy, and maintenance.
• Guide architecture and design decisions to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Drive Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Partner with product owners and business leaders to align technical solutions with business goals.
