Arcadis is seeking a Principal Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their Water Business Line in Pittsburgh, PA. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and focuses on leading and directing the development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. The successful candidate will be a client-facing project manager, utilizing their technical expertise to manage projects and mentor junior staff. • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field of study.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 10 years of water/wastewater and stormwater experience.
• Project management experience managing mid to large sized, multi-disciplined municipal projects.

• Lead and direct the development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Manage the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to establish goals and objectives for project teams.
• Provide technical expertise on multi-disciplined projects as a design leader or technical advisor.
• Supervise and support the work of others while mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.
• Lead teams in the marketing and proposal phases of projects, including preparation of winning proposals.
