Arcadis is seeking Civil Engineers to join their Resilience Water Team in Milwaukee, WI. • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field of study.
• 4 years of relevant experience in design or consulting engineering firm or municipal work environment using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• EIT/Professional Engineering License, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of being hired.

• Evaluate, plan, design, permit, and support management of projects for water and wastewater conveyance.
• Prepare design calculations, technical reports, site drainage, utility relocations, and grading plans.
• Support professional engineering services during construction including observation and review of shop drawings.
• Assess, develop, and support management of sustainability and resilience projects.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and participate in client meetings.
• Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and quality, health, and safety standards.
