Job description

Arcadis is seeking Civil Engineers to join their Resilience Water Team in Milwaukee, WI, focusing on water and wastewater conveyance and treatment design. The role involves collaboration with experienced professionals to support project development and enhance technical capabilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field of study.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in design or consulting engineering firm or municipal work environment using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • EIT/Professional Engineering License, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of being hired.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, design, permit, and support management of projects for water and wastewater conveyance.
  • Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans for various water and wastewater projects.
  • Support professional engineering services during construction, including observation and review of shop drawings.
  • Assess and support management of sustainability and resilience projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and participate in client meetings.
  • Ensure project compliance with all Arcadis practices and quality, health, and safety standards.
