The role of Manager in Technology Consulting at EY focuses on AI and Data, specifically in Data Design and Management. The team is responsible for leading engagement teams in the strategic design and implementation of data management tools and platforms. The position requires a strong understanding of data governance, quality management, and analytics to address client challenges and improve organizational performance. Candidates will work closely with diverse teams to deliver high-quality client services and cultivate business development opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field and at least 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience.
• Must have 3 years of experience in advising clients in at least 2 areas across the data supply chain.
• Must have 2 years of experience in at least one of the specified sectors such as Public, Utilities, or Healthcare.
• Must have 2 years of experience in at least 1 of the specified Cloud Platforms.
• Must have 2 years of experience in at least 1 of the specified Data Storage and Databases.
• Must have 3 years of experience with ETL processes across at least 1 of the specified tools.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Data Cleaning and Preprocessing using at least 1 of the specified tools.
• Must have 1 year of program management experience using at least 1 of the specified technology stacks.
• Must have 1 year of experience in at least 1 of the specified Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
• Must have 1 year of experience in Data Manipulation and Analysis using at least 1 of the specified tools.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Data Visualization using at least 2 of the specified tools.

• Demonstrate in-depth data management and governance knowledge to lead engagement teams.
• Design methodology and execute activities to identify business needs through structured assessments.
• Utilize data strategy and governance to highlight client challenges and identify transformation opportunities.
• Gather AI Ready Data to support the execution of client goals.
• Analyze data using Enterprise Intelligence to provide solutions aligned with client policies.
• Establish project plans, delegate activities, and monitor progress for successful client engagement delivery.
• Prepare client deliverables and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality work products.
