The Senior - Indirect Tax Technology & Transformation role at EY focuses on developing and implementing technology solutions within the Tax Technology Services Group. This position requires continuous development of proficiencies in major technology tools to support tax-technical subject matter professionals. The team aims to build sustainable tax strategies and enhance the delivery of indirect tax services. Candidates will work in a collaborative environment to help clients manage their relationships with tax authorities effectively.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or technology and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience.
• Practical or academic experience in standard process analysis tools, process mapping, and flow chart diagramming.
• Experience in designing and developing databases.

• Challenge the effectiveness of the tax strategy and approach for all engagements.
• Develop strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of indirect tax services.
• Collect and document engagement team and client feedback to identify market events.
• Assist with the deployment of technology services.
