Job description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer with at least 10 years of experience to join their Indianapolis team. This hybrid role involves leading technical design, project management, and client interactions for municipal water and wastewater projects. The engineer will oversee project execution from planning through construction, ensuring quality and adherence to budgets and schedules. The position also emphasizes staff development and participation in business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field of study
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop project scope, budgets, and delivery schedules for assignments.
- Lead the successful execution and delivery of municipal water/wastewater projects.
- Prepare construction packages for engineering, procurement, and construction of water/wastewater systems.
- Supervise and support the work of others and mentor junior-level engineers and technical staff.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities for the water/wastewater market.
