• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field of study
• 10 years of progressively responsible experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer

• Develop project scope, budgets, and delivery schedules for assignments.
• Lead the successful execution and delivery of municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Prepare construction packages for engineering, procurement, and construction of water/wastewater systems.
• Supervise and support the work of others and mentor junior-level engineers and technical staff.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities for the water/wastewater market.
