The ServiceNow FSO Architect (CTA) Manager at EY is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services organizations. This role requires a highly skilled individual to provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure solutions meet best practices and regulatory standards. The architect will work closely with delivery teams and clients to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT or cybersecurity, with extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM certification.
• Suite Certification – FSO Insurance Professional and Suite Certification – FSO Banking and Wealth Management Professional.
• Proven success in leading technically complex implementations and prior consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, and teamwork.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture is accurately translated into configuration and code.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Serve as a technical advisor during solution design workshops and customer discussions.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and quality testers.
