Arcadis is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join their Design & Engineering team focused on Land/Site Development projects across the USA. This hybrid position is ideal for a licensed PE or an EIT looking to contribute to dynamic civil development projects such as hospitals, airports, and residential neighborhoods. • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3 or more years of experience in land development or site civil projects is necessary.
• EIT or PE certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools is required.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes is essential.
• Excellent communication and project management skills are needed.

• Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation.
