The role of Intelligent Automation Functional/Business Analyst Manager at EY involves working with clients to deliver intelligent automation solutions at both platform and architectural levels. The team focuses on designing and implementing technology-based solutions while improving automated processes. Candidates will have the opportunity to manage diverse teams and maintain long-term client relationships. This position is integral to helping clients optimize their operations across various domains.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
• Must have 3 years of hands-on work experience with a combination involving a minimum of four specified technical areas.
• Must have 3 years of hands-on work experience with one or a combination of Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Must have 4 years of experience in process mapping, solution design, and development oversight from a functional perspective.
• Must have 4 years of experience in communicating with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Must have 2 years of experience in supervising a team of professionals.
