Arcadis is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join the Southeast Mobility team in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on infrastructure projects for roadways, including various types of streets and expressways. The team is involved in addressing complex highway design challenges for GDOT and other state municipalities. The position offers an opportunity to mentor junior staff while leading roadway design projects.

• 10 or more years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Georgia PE license, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads, Geopak, InRoads and 3D Design.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Serve as a professional engineering discipline lead for roadway design projects.
• Mentor and provide direction to junior staff and design/drafters.
• Develop project plans and schedules while managing production.
• Ensure project compliance with all Arcadis practices including quality and safety standards.
• Interact with client technical staff and manage client expectations.
