The AI Lead Engineer at EY will lead the delivery of complex AI and machine learning projects, utilizing strong technical skills and hands-on experience. This role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining AI/ML solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The engineer will work closely with various teams to integrate AI components into larger solutions, emphasizing user impact and satisfaction. The position requires a deep understanding of business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions.

• Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, C#, or R.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• More than 10 years of applied experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
• Up-to-date knowledge in the latest AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic platforms, and MLOps.

• Lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for complex AI/ML projects.
• Solve complex and escalated aspects of projects, performing coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability, and value from current solutions.
• Develop strong working relationships across Development, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Drive consistency to processes, procedures, standards, and technical design.
