Arcadis is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join their team in Cleveland, Columbus, or Akron. The role involves leading the development and design of infrastructure projects for roadways, including various types of streets and expressways. As part of a global business dedicated to sustainable design and engineering, you will work collaboratively with a team to address complex challenges. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage client expectations while mentoring junior staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 or more years of relevant engineering experience including supervision of large, complex projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• Proficiency with CAD, particularly Civil3D and Microstation, and experience with OpenRoads software
• Familiarity with ODOT design standards and policies

• Lead and direct the development and design of infrastructure projects for roadways
• Perform various roles on multi-disciplined projects including technical design and production lead
• Participate in client-facing roles, making presentations and managing client expectations
• Assist in developing project scopes and budgets while interfacing with client needs
• Mentor and develop junior staff and design/drafters
