Arcadis is seeking a Principal Stormwater Transportation Engineer to join their national drainage practice in North Carolina, specifically in Cary or Charlotte. • 10+ years of relevant NCDOT drainage design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET Accredited University
• North Carolina PE

• Conduct engineering design for roadway drainage and design-build projects including various types of streets and expressways.
• Assist in all aspects of roadway drainage design including hydraulic studies and culvert design.
• Prepare construction plans, project displays, and cost estimates.
• Assist in proposal development, presentations, and interviews.
• Provide quality control reviews for drainage calculations and plans.
• Utilize various design software to assist with design and preparation of construction plans.
• Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines.
• Direct and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage a team of up to 5 engineers.
