Arcadis is seeking a Senior Traffic Analyst/Project Manager to join their transportation team in Orlando, FL. This role involves leading the delivery of programs and projects focused on improving traffic safety and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior program managers, project managers, and engineers to design sustainable mobility solutions. The position is part of the Global Mobility Business Area, addressing the challenges of climate change, urbanization, and digitization in transportation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to obtain Florida PE within two months of hire
- Experience in operational and/or safety analysis
- Experience with Traffic Analysis and Engineering principles
Responsibilities
- Serve as client-facing project manager on traffic engineering projects.
- Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects and programs.
- Provide written and verbal updates on the status of projects to clients and internal senior management.
- Present technical results and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with a wide range of subject matter experts to successfully deliver client projects.
- Utilize knowledge and experience conducting and documenting traffic studies.
- Lead project team in the preparation of traffic engineering plans.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
