Arcadis is seeking a Water Wastewater Engineer/Design Manager to join their Resilience Water Team in Tampa, Florida. The role focuses on developing sustainable solutions to address water issues, including quality, scarcity, and management. Candidates will collaborate with experienced water professionals and engage with clients to enhance their technical and professional skills. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater systems.

• 4 years of experience in engineering and consulting, primarily related to the municipal water market.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Design Management experience.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.

• Lead tasks and projects for the planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater distribution and collection systems.
• Develop design and construction documents, such as reports, technical memoranda, and specifications.
• Provide support in the construction administration of projects to ensure efficient management processes.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets that align with client and organizational expectations.
• Participate in pursuit capture planning for new project opportunities and assist in proposal preparation.
