The Information Security Senior Consultant at EY will provide technical and programmatic Information Assurance Services to both internal and external customers, focusing on network and information security systems. This role is part of the Government and Public Sector practice, which aims to help clients achieve their mission outcomes through innovative cybersecurity solutions. The consultant will oversee junior team members and engage in large-scale cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive meaningful change in cybersecurity practices.

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8+ years of related experience.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and enforcing security requirements.
• Expertise in preparing Security Test and Evaluation plans.
• Familiarity with developing, testing, and integrating security tools.
• Active Top Secret-level clearance or higher.

• Assist in the coordination of large-scale cybersecurity engagements.
• Assess cybersecurity controls, programs, and strategies using proprietary and industry frameworks.
• Prepare documentation from customer information using accepted guidelines.
• Provide assessment and authorization support in developing security and contingency plans.
• Analyze policies and procedures against federal laws and regulations and recommend improvements.
• Develop and complete system security and contingency plans.
• Monitor cybersecurity measurements and oversee development and operations.
• Develop, test, and integrate computer and network security tools.
• Assist in the development of cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff.
