The Senior Analyst position in the Government & Public Sector practice at EY focuses on delivering compliance and audit solutions to federal clients. This role involves supervising Analysts, managing client data collection, and performing root cause analysis to inform recommendations. The team is dedicated to achieving mission outcomes for government clients by providing high-quality consulting and audit services. The Senior Analyst will also coach junior team members and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

• United States citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance or higher
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, business or finance related fields, including one year with Federal IT financials, internal audit, risks and controls
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Flexibility to travel up to 20%

• Supervise quality and pace of activities performed by Analysts
• Manage the collection of client data and information to document business and IT financial processes, risks, and controls
• Perform root cause analysis to inform recommendations and solutions
• Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring stakeholders are updated
• Assist in creating client business and IT financial documentation and supervise report development
• Manage project scope, schedule, and engagement deliverables
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across EY functional groups
