• Partner with Business Technology Leaders and Solution Delivery Leaders to define long-term strategies.
• Plan and manage the business analysis approach for timely and high-quality requirements delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts assigned to program or portfolio projects.
• Review and govern requirements traceability to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to ensure requirements coverage and overall solution quality.
