Arcadis is seeking a Staff Water Engineer to join their Water team in Syracuse, NY. This role focuses on delivering design work for water and wastewater clients across North America. The engineer will utilize their technical expertise to evaluate, plan, and manage projects while ensuring compliance with national standards. The position also involves fieldwork and collaboration with project managers and clients to address technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an appropriate area of engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering
• EIT Certification
• Valid US driver's license

• Evaluate, plan, design, and support management of projects for water and wastewater treatment and conveyance.
• Perform fieldwork activities such as site visits, construction inspection, and water quality analyses.
• Support professional engineering services during construction including observation and review of shop drawings.
• Liaise with Project Managers and clients to ensure effective communication on project matters.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
• Prepare documentation and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements.
