The role of Manager in Cyber Operations at EY focuses on Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the Technology Consulting and Managed Services team. The position involves assisting clients in aligning their security management strategies with business goals and navigating complex enterprise identity environments. The manager will lead teams, develop innovative IAM solutions, and ensure high-quality client services. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced IAM technologies and foster long-term client relationships.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
• Must have 4 years of experience with integrating, deploying, and operating IAM technologies, including SailPoint IIQ and other IAM solutions.
• Must have 4 years of experience with identity management authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Must have 2 years of experience with enterprise directory services and implementing MFA and SSO solutions.

• Assist clients in aligning security management strategy with business goals.
• Develop SailPoint IIQ policies and configure rules to detect policy violations.
• Work with third-party vendors to deliver a comprehensive suite of IAM services.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execute technical delivery.
• Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
