Requirements

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- 5+ years of experience designing and overseeing data ingestion and analytical pipelines.
- Experience with data governance practices and tooling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Technology Leaders and Solution Delivery Leaders to define and deliver business and technology strategies.
- Lead a team of business analysts to ensure comprehensive analysis is performed on all projects.
- Review requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Business Analysis Community of Practice to ensure consistent application of standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Tax stakeholders and technology leadership.
