Arcadis is seeking a Staff Civil/Process Mechanical Engineer to join their growing Design Team in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on water and wastewater projects, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions and ensure project success. The position offers an opportunity to engage directly with clients and lead the development of design projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water and wastewater facilities design and construction support.
• Current PE License in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain within one year of hire is preferred.
• Experience with Revit and/or ACAD Civil 3D is preferred.

• Provide technical expertise to support a wide range of engineering projects.
• Design and provide construction support for water and wastewater treatment plants and systems.
• Assist in the development of construction documents and specifications.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead the development of design projects and prepare comprehensive construction packages.
• Create cost estimates and develop project schedules.
• Conduct detailed engineering calculations and analyses.
• Oversee the work of CAD staff and ensure designs align with Arcadis standards.
