Job description

Arcadis is seeking a Senior ITS Traffic Analyst / Project Manager to join their transportation team in South Florida, Miami, FL. This role involves serving as a regional lead and project manager in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic engineering. The position focuses on improving safety and operations while coordinating with various experts to deliver projects across the Southeast. The successful candidate will work within the Global Mobility Business Area to design sustainable solutions that enhance mobility.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to obtain Florida PE within one month of hire
  • Must possess a U.S. Driver’s License
  • Experience with Traffic Analysis and Engineering principles

Responsibilities

  • Serve as client-facing project manager on traffic engineering projects with a focus on improving safety and operations.
  • Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects and programs.
  • Provide and present written and verbal updates on the status of projects to clients and internal senior management.
  • Coordinate with a wide range of subject matter experts to successfully deliver client projects.
  • Lead project team in the preparation of traffic engineering plans for signal designs and Intelligent Transportation System designs.
