• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience or 2-3 years with a graduate degree
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Saviynt, and similar IAM solutions
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator or CISSP

• Conduct current state assessments and perform capability maturity evaluations.
• Develop IAM strategy and roadmaps, including governance and policies.
• Architect and implement identity governance solutions using Microsoft Entra and Saviynt.
• Support the development of RBAC models and access certification campaigns.
• Onboard applications and integrate them with directories and cloud platforms.
• Implement identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning and access reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
