• 6+ years of hands-on Charles River (CRD) experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting Charles River (CRD) SaaS implementations or migrations.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Charles River (CRD) SaaS implementations and enhancement projects end-to-end.
• Lead Charles River (CRD) SaaS migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, and regression testing.
• Drive and oversee Charles River (CRD) SaaS platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points.
• Document Charles River Client provided use-cases into a use-case catalogue.
• Manage a team of business analysts and technical/configuration analysts, providing mentorship and guidance.
