• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience is expected.
• 4+ years of experience with Java or C# is required.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot, .Net or .Net Core is necessary.
• Experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals is essential.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD is required.
• Strong communication skills with staff at all levels are necessary.

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
• Identify and define user/customer requirements while developing user interfaces across various platforms.
