The Risk Consulting - Risk Technology - GRC/IRM Platforms - Manager role at EY focuses on helping clients assess, design, and implement integrated risk management solutions. Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, or BCM solutions/use cases.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of work experience implementing ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, or BCM solutions/use cases.
- Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and completion of GRC Fundamentals training.
- Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow IRM functionality, including integrations with other systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects focused on ServiceNow IRM architecture, design, build, and deployment.
- Develop and mentor team members, enhancing their functional and technical skillsets.
- Manage projects by overseeing day-to-day execution and interactions between EY and client teams.
- Engage with clients to foster relationships and support business development activities.
- Deliver high-quality client services while managing risks and ensuring stakeholder communication.
