• A bachelor's degree or graduate degree in a related field and approximately 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in user identity lifecycle management solutions and operations knowledge in directory services, role-based access control, and single sign-on solutions.
• Familiarity with access control concepts including SAML, LDAP, and PKI.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, and ITIL v3 framework.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

• Lead and motivate client engagement teams while providing technical leadership in IAM service operations.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality service delivery within expected timeframes and budgets.
• Develop IAM strategies and roadmaps, including governance and policy frameworks.
• Conduct assessments and provide insights on IAM data analytics and capability maturity.
• Support IAM program management and compliance-related activities.
