• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience.
• Advanced certification such as US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), PMP, or Six Sigma Green or Black belt preferred.
• Experience conducting finance and tax function assessments.
• Experience managing and supervising teams of professional employees and mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent English language communication skills.

• Lead and manage individual workstreams for tax and finance assessment and transformation programs.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations for clients.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on finance and tax matters.
