• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Experience with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT or similar platforms in production environments
• Experience with CUDA kernels or ML/low-level kernels
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals

• Architect and build scalable ML infrastructure for LLM training and post-training workflows
• Transform real-world customer interactions into high-quality training signals
• Build and optimize post-training and reinforcement learning systems
• Drive experimentation and iteration velocity through tooling and frameworks
