• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies.
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles.

• Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts for the sortation and transportation network.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while influencing and communicating with business partners.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects.
• Execute the vision and detailed roadmap to make a compelling business case with senior executives.
