Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced, cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and deliver innovative products and services.
- Design and build robust technologies within a large-scale distributed computing environment.
- Translate broadly defined, ambiguous problems into well-scoped technical designs and high-quality code.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from requirements and design through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software iteratively.
