• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of experience designing or architecting systems
• 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Java, or C++
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience debugging and systems analysis
• 5+ years of experience managing end user computing services
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation in an API-enabled environment
• Understanding of networking, security, and databases
• Experience with AWS technologies like Lambda, S3, and Redshift
