• 10 years of experience managing a team of technical engineers and program managers.

• Lead a team of technical experts engaging with Operations and cross-functional partners.
• Support onsite operations as an escalation point for event response.
• Design control rooms and oversee cyber security aspects associated with control systems.
• Evaluate maintenance practices for improved efficiency using condition-based maintenance evaluations.
• Oversee the deployment of remote monitoring capabilities.
