This role focuses on certifying safety-critical software and hardware while collaborating with design engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in drone software design and ensure compliance with development standards. • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• Experience as a technical lead, systems engineer, or technical program manager with significant experience in complex systems
• Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems
• Experience with Systems Design Lifecycle artifacts and reviews such as Systems Requirements Reviews (SRR), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), and Test Ready Reviews (TRR)

• Oversee software development, verification, configuration management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance to Design Assurance Levels and software development standards.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and operational partners.
