The Director of Data Center Delivery and Engineering will lead subregional construction and delivery for Google Data Centers. This role requires extensive technical knowledge and leadership in managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. The director will oversee a team responsible for design management, construction, and project controls while partnering with internal teams to enhance data center delivery. The position focuses on balancing strategic thinking with practical engineering solutions to improve infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Policy, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience managing multigroup, multidisciplinary infrastructure and high tech projects in a leadership role.
• 10 years of experience building and managing teams with cross-functional engagement.
• 10 years of experience building and executing asset strategies in the context of the NA East Region.

• Manage teams across a portfolio of sites within a subregion of North America.
• Oversee the site-wide delivery of major construction or improvement projects.
• Establish and maintain delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors.
• Create a growth plan and be directly involved in talent resource planning in technical program management and engineering.
