The Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL Engine team is seeking experienced technical experts to build large-scale database systems that operate across thousands of servers globally. This role involves significant system software component design and development, focusing on high availability, reliability, and performance. Requirements
- 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 7+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL internals
