The engineer will collaborate with game developers and internal teams to optimize AI capabilities and drive the adoption of Gen AI tools. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Experience with AWS or cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle.
• 4+ years of experience in the Games Industry.
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience building large-scale machine learning and AI solutions.

• Drive platform architecture decisions and contribute to technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with game developers and platform teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable APIs using Native AWS.
• Identify key use cases to increase productivity and create agentic workflows.
• Design caching strategies and implement request optimization for AI-powered solutions.
• Champion the adoption of GenAI tools across internal teams and conduct technical workshops.
