Job description

The Senior Researcher – Agentic AI role at the AI Frontiers lab focuses on developing agents that learn to self-correct and improve through interaction and self-play. The team is dedicated to advancing the science of agents by integrating machine learning, human-computer interaction, and real-world applications. Researchers will work in a multidisciplinary environment with access to large-scale pipelines and evaluation frameworks. The main objective is to create self-improving AI systems capable of navigating complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in a relevant field or a Master's Degree with 3+ years of related research experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related research experience.
  • Research record demonstrated by public artifacts like models, tools, or publications in AI conferences.
  • Expertise in the technical scaling of models and commitment to engineering excellence.
  • Experience publishing academic papers as a lead author or essential contributor in AI, deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
  • Ability to define an ambitious, original research agenda.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cutting-edge research in collaboration with other researchers, engineers, and product groups.
  • Contribute to research breakthroughs in the field of agentic AI.
  • Build robust evaluation frameworks and high-fidelity synthetic data pipelines.
