This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The team seeks innovative engineers who will take ownership of complex projects from concept to design approval. You will collaborate with various teams and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers. The position offers opportunities to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of design and innovation, research and development work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent
• Experience in management of engineering design projects
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical analysis
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval.
• Act as the primary point of technical contact for suppliers on your projects.
• Support the Ops Engineering team during the installation and commissioning of the designed systems.
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
