• 4+ years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission critical facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer License.
• Experience with building codes and regulations for your region.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment.

• Work in a cross-disciplinary setting with the ability to influence and drive others.
• Perform deep-dive and root cause analysis.
• Develop integrated systems extending the life of data center infrastructure products.
• Simplify, optimize, and lower costs of data center mechanical and associated subcomponents.
• Collaborate with internal and external ecosystem partners to design and develop new data center product solutions.
• Support field engineering and data center operation teams for performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise to peers, senior management, and partner teams.
• Lead key initiatives for the organization while demonstrating ownership.
• Provide product design support to other team members.
• Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
