Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience with complex server, storage, or network server designs.
- 3+ years of experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, functional test procedures, and operational repair plans.
- 3+ years of experience with debug and root cause analysis of PCIe, memory, storage subsystems, or networking.
- 1+ years of advanced support experience managing customer escalations in a large-scale production environment.
Responsibilities
- Interface with internal and external customers to understand project requirements.
- Facilitate system development based on server design.
- Solve operational challenges to improve customer experience.
- Develop improved systems for future designs.
- Work directly with vendors and design teams to manufacture products at scale.
