• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• 8+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java or C++
• 8+ years contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years hands-on experience as a senior Principal Engineer leading multiple software engineering teams
• Experience shipping successful large-scale supply chain projects
• Experience partnering with Research Science or Machine Learning experts

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for the UTR Tech organization.
• Define and execute the automation roadmap integrating MHE automation and IoT approaches.
• Design and implement modular automation solutions for multiple operational processes.
• Drive technical decisions across multiple VP organizations, influencing over 350 engineers globally.
• Architect scalable solutions that combine hardware with software.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for integrating advanced automation technologies.
• Mentor senior and Principal engineers while fostering a culture of innovation.
