• 8-10 years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles developing and implementing data and AI solutions in health care.
• Strong decision science and/or data management experience working with healthcare clients.
• Strong knowledge of AI and agentic technologies and frameworks.
• A valid driver’s license in the US and willingness to travel to meet client needs, estimated at 30%.

• Lead large-scale client engagements end-to-end, managing scope, risk, timelines, and budgets.
• Help clients organize their data to drive better decisions using AI and automation.
