Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing data and analytic strategy in health care.
- 8-10 years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles developing and implementing data and AI solutions in health care.
- Strong decision science and/or data management experience working with healthcare clients.
- Strong knowledge of AI and agentic technologies and frameworks.
- A valid driver’s license in the US and willingness to travel to meet client needs, estimated at 30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale client engagements end-to-end, managing scope, risk, timelines, and budgets.
- Help clients organize their data to drive better decisions using AI and automation.
- Oversee the development of compelling executive-level communications, including proposals and presentations.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships by understanding clients’ business priorities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
