Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately three years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately two years of related work experience.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in information strategy, data architecture, and data governance.
  • A strong working knowledge of modernizing information management through AI and automation.
  • Proficiency in advising clients on the full data supply chain from data wrangling to data consumption via analytics.
  • Engagement leadership experience, including managing junior-level consulting staff and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels, consistently delivering quality client services.
  • Manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business, particularly in AI and automation technologies.
  • Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities, developing long-term client relationships.
