The Legal and Global Security Solutions team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead complex Salesforce initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, working closely with internal teams and external partners. The Software Engineer will manage a team focused on designing and optimizing Salesforce solutions, emphasizing data architecture and scalability. The position requires extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce management and the ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform with at least 3 years of end-to-end implementations.
• Hands-on experience with configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permissions, custom objects and fields, formulas, and workflow rules.
• Experience in running Salesforce deployments, including steps for metadata deployments, data migration, and user rollout.
• Salesforce integration experience with various middleware and integration platforms.
• Experience in Experience Cloud or prior experience working within Agentforce.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
• Experience in legal technologies such as matter management, e-billing, e-discovery, and contract lifecycle management is a plus.
• Experience with leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of when to use configurations versus customizations and the limitations of Salesforce.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Spinnaker, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Experience with third-party clouds such as AWS, GCP, and Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform.

• Manage a team of technical experts in designing and developing Salesforce solutions.
