Job description

The Apple Advanced Technologies Group is seeking a motivated electrical engineer to design next generation touch sensors. This role focuses on delivering world-class user experiences through high-precision, low-latency multi-touch and stylus sensors. The engineer will tackle complex multi-disciplinary problems in areas such as circuit analysis, electro-magnetics, and algorithm development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver effective sensor module solutions.

Requirements

  • Ph.D or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
  • Strong analog/mixed-signal/electro-magnetic fundamentals
  • Proficiency in FEA (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell), MATLAB, Python, SPICE, or similar simulation and modeling tools
  • Hands-on experience with system-level design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid teamwork and leadership skills
